Is the brother being a bad influence?

I'm wondering if my boyfriends brother is a bad influence and if them living together is a good idea?
he's 32 he has two kids who he no longer sees no longer with the mother and fights with her constantly.. He is now dating someone else but tells everyone that they are just seeing each other after two years of being together... They constantly break up and then get back together, when they broke up she decided to stalk him and smash his phone so he couldn't see any other girls crazy! Then he took her back.. He doesn't believe in marriage or having any more kids , I have also notice changes in my boyfriend so it's starting to worry me a lot
