There is 50/50 chance that the child would either be a boy or a girl. Sounds like you’ve never heard of sex determination.

In Human beings, women have a perfect pair of sex chromosomes (XX) and men have a mismatched pair (XY). Everyone, regardless of their sex, will inherit X chromosome from the mother. It is the father who determines whether the baby will be a boy or a girl - and nobody has a choice here. It’s all chance.

So, yes, there are men who are being born these days. If not, how are there 8 billion people in this world? Your argument is flawed and frankly, ludicrous.
