Watch for both, but ultimately it is what they do. Women want to be heard and validated for too many things to count and you are not to offer advice or ways to deal with things unless she asks for it, because she is going to do her own thing at the end of the day. Just listen to what she says and reiterate key points of the conversation, she will feel heard.

Then you watch them close. If at any point her actions don't align with what she says, you will know where she truly falls. Actions is the true nature of someone at the end of the day. It's easy to lie through your teeth with words.

Actions speak louder than words. This goes for men and women but especially women. Men like to brag or make lies about themselves but generally not lie to you for something you would rely on. Women will lie to you about information you might rely on. So generally its best to not listen to anything they say.

So if you're a good listener, you're also paying attention to what the other person is saying. I think this is super important for any person you are listening to. You shouldn't just be listening until there is an opening to interject. You should be listening to hear and understand what the other person is saying.

That goes for everyone, not just women.

Listen to what she says and just remember it. Even if it’s the most random throw a way stuff just remember it.
I’m pretty bad at noticing signals from actions but I always remember what this one girl says and I can recite it even her nursing school jargon that she tells me about.

Also a lot of what someone does can be subconscious. It's not so much a good judge of what they want, more a good judge of what they know. That doesn't mean you shouldn't pay attention to it though.

You had better pay attention to both. If a woman doesn't follow her words with action then that's a problem. If a woman's word is worthless then that's a problem. And what she does versus what she says means totally different and vice versa. All Things considered everything should match, if they do not cut your losses.

Watch both. That way you'll know which ones are full of shit. You can't know the incongruence of some women without listening to their words and watching their actions. When they conflict, actions trump words all the time. They'll say what they think they should say but do what they really want to do.

Would I be considered honest or deceptive in what I said I would do but didn’t do?
Think about what I said and process it don’t try to answer me without thinking about what I said.
