Any person can maintain a healthy body by not being lazy when it comes to nutrition and basic moderate exercise. For example the USA diet is pure crap. The food pyramid is total garbage.
You can eat just about what ever you want and it will start to show later in life. Leading you to believe, for the moment, you are special and food does not effect you. Then bam that figure is not what you want and you think you have no control over it and give up.
I know from experience. I am 56 and I weight 135lbs, have a healthy lean energetic body. I gained weight for a time because I sat for a year and ate what ever. I shed it all off in 8 months.
I do intermittent fasting and keto.
WHEN - Intermittent fasting- Has to do with WHEN you eat. Eat large healthy fat, protein filled meals during an eating window in each day. You can start with 10 hours and drop to 6. Some people do Omad - One Meal a Day.
Why this works - Little portions all day is torture. It is actually used in torture to drive the captive crazy. The system never gets a rest. Your insulin levels and blood sugar levels never drop. As long as insulin is in the blood stream your body cannot use fat as a fuel, a very good fuel. A fuel that kicks Alzheimer patience out of it into clarity. Allowing the body's digestive system to rest and letting it start burning fats does wonders. Too many to cover. But it is the body's natural rhythm. It will mainly allow your body to remember how. It will also start eating dead cells. This is called Autophagy. That means all that flabby skin left from the weight you lost, dead brain cells clogging pathways that cause Dementia and many others.
WHAT - I do eat a few carbs but they are limited. I do not follow the phony info regarding salt and fats. I suggest you look it up. I take vitamins made by Shaklee. I pay/invest in quality food and spend not a dime on trash food.
Anyone of any age and weight can turn their body into what they want. I have seen it too many times to agree with anyone that it is impossible. Exercise is important but you will never see real gains till you address what goes into and when it goes into the body.

augmentations. like lipo or something? they take fat from some parts of the body and put it in more 'desirable' places. other than that, workout--- exercises targetting glutes, thighs and abs. genes would also contribute to some of the figure--- if she had no surgery, genes determined how much fat would be stored in thighs, breasts, tummy, etc etc.
Jeans can hold in a lot of ass. Her thighs look substantial, like Kim Kardashian, and probably with the cellulite to match. She looks different here.

Well the thing is, nobody can. Everyone ages, unless you're a robot or something. Eventually gravity will win and boobs will sag like a sad banana tree. It's the way of life, not even extensive surgeries can fully reverse it. As the body ages it stops needing to look sexy and have sex in general. So basically, she can maintain it while she's young, but once she grows old it will be of no use.

Also find it hard to believe it's not photoshoped or a bob job, that Pixar mom bod is kind of contradictory, seems unlikely that a woman that worked hard enough, has a low enough body fat for a waist like that wouldn't have burned of the fat in her boobs.
This picture has to be photo shopped. That waist line is so extreme. I pray that its because like you suggest I do not thing pregnancy or child birth will do this child any favors.
I mean she's got the hips for it, but those thighs and boobs will explode and then drop, and that stomach might not hold up, and for get about the waist line. But she is a beautiful women and any man would be so lucky, and to any good man it will not matter.

To me it looks like she has had the BBL procedure where they take stomach fat and put it in your butt, giving you a tiny waist and big hips/a big butt. She was likely need to keep dieting to keep this and exercising, or have further surgeries.
I do t know what everyone is talking about the picture being fake I know of a few woman with those amazing of a figure. It is all genetics and weight training. She obviously keeps herself fit and trim.
I think people need to understand that love is not the same thing as physical attraction because physical attraction is temporary.

Maintaining would be consistently eating healthy and working out daily.
By doing a lot of workout and eatting supplements and strictly follow diet plan. But it is not so easy this type of people are doing nothing other then workout, sleeping and do some shoots.
She most likely went to one of those doctors that put on a machine on your stomach area and kill all the fat cells.
Afterwards, maintain a good eating diet and exercise to maintain the body shape.
