If anything, I think it's more of a societal and cultural phenomenon than women "getting stronger." Whatever it is, would likely apply more towards younger generations of men than the older generations of men, who we can tell were raised with entirely different perspectives towards the opposing sex and just life in general. The gen Z term for your description of a "lapdog" is actually what they would label a "simp." But simps aren't really that common beyond certain spaces of the internet where they are able to congregate and exist as a group. And these men weren't turned into lapdogs, they are just desperate for female attention and believe the best way to acquire it is to do anything for her.

I think younger generations of men are simply just taking more of an interest in a woman's needs and are more empathetic and compassionate overall. Probably thanks to the internet being so widespread and accessible. Men might be more respectful and understanding but realistically, are not going to bend over backwards for a woman or just any woman. I think a man in love can find himself doing many things to make sure she is happy but I'm not really sure this would make him a lapdog. Women do a lot for love as well.

Man would not really allow himself to be turned into a lapdog unless he just has submissive tendencies, and lots of men are not submissive enough to do just anything for a woman, even if there is the promise of sex.

I think a lot of it has to do with so many guys being slaves to por* and onlyf***. They turn themselves into degenerates that will do anything a woman commands because they're constantly losing masculinity. I wouldn't say women are becoming stronger. You hear all these onlyf*** girls saying "I'm strong and independent"... But if you take away all the money she gets from simpletons, she has no assets. If you work a job that has opportunity for growth, flexibility with position changes, and is a good resume builder, then you can call yourself independent because you'll most likely never be out of a job. All these submissive guys are deeply internally damaged and they just don't know it. It's not that women are becoming stronger. It's just the women who prefer dominance are finding submissive men.

Nah. A lot of women and men are just becoming lonlier and sadder, and it only shows when they get past 35-40 and realize they have 30-40 years to live without all the advantages of youth.

Women only think they are "strong", because now they can make some money (and the vast majority of them aren't making that much money either).

In reality, life is too compelx to be beaten with relative financial independence and "getting ahead of men blah blah". You need to plan ahead for love, happiness, friends, your identity as you age, etc. Financial independence and ability to work is best when it helps achieving everything else that you need as you age.

Also even if life is about "strength" (it isn't), real strength is in your social status, not in what method you use to manipulate and dominate the opposite sex. You can have a man as your lapdog and still be a pathetic loser in terms of strength compared to your boss who lives in a mansion with his wife and 3 sons.

Yes kind of, I feel like that could be one of the consequences of the current social developments for the future. It's not just the juridical situation it's the tendency in guys to step back and to submit to a woman's decision in the hope of pleasing her by it.
It could be that in the future even more guys turn out to be submissive because it's saver than fighting for your opinions.
It's saver because society is becoming more female and minority focused and our opinions are opposing those trends.
So either be pleasing and acknowledging her or fight for your self be called toxic and patriarchal is the situation think many guys find themselves in.

Women adapt to society and utilize the laws, schools, colleges, and family courts to their advantage. In K through 12 public schools, boys are indoctrinated by women teachers (are there any other kind) to be be meek and subservient to women. Those that resist are tasered by the police and put on mood and behavior altering drugs.

Then if they attend college, they get more of it with women studies, and guilty if accused by female students. Clearly a hostile environment for young men. And, it continues by most employers with policies that greatly favor women. Also, that is reinforce by sexist ads that show strong women and men that are buffoons.

Finally, should men get married, the extremely bias family courts will prove to men that women are in charge and the men are only a wallet that must obey without question or go to jail.
