What's your opinion about people, who lie about their own age?

I mean there seems to be a lot of prejudice (especially towards women past a certain age), people automatically make assumptions just by hearing your age. The younger you are, the better you are treated by society. So, if you can pass as younger, I can understand why someone would cut a few years off their age
