Let's be honest... who LIES about their AGE?

I'll be honest. I sometimes lie about my age. I'm not really the age that shows in G@G, but I am what most people would call "older".

How about you? Do you lie about your age? Do you know anyone who does? Or maybe we all lie about our age?

Im honest about my age on GAG but i definitely put in the wrong bday month on purpose. In person, I sometimes wear my 2013 high school spirit shirts as an easier way to reject certain older men if they hit on me. I’m like “Dude stop im in high school!”. And normally it makes them run but one dude was like “Okay but is your mom single”… mad award. And then oddly on the days i wouldn't wear those shirts, I’d get hit on by tall handsome dudes and then find out they’re just tall but still in high school and its like “Nope, little boy if you dont gone and get tf away from me”. They be talking bout “Let me get your number, I’m almost 18.” Like i dont want anything that ends in —teen. You gotta be 21+ and able to gamble at a casino to ride this ride 😂

In real life, never. Online (i. e. the Spy Master) I will never give my exact age, but I might give an age that's close. My GaG age is very close, but not exact to the month.

If a web site asks for personal information like my birth date, they aren't getting it.

Lie about my age! What kind of benefits do i get lying about my age? I looked old since i was a teenager, i am about to turn 40 this summer and i feel good about it. Honestly ! I never understood why would people lie about their age, i just don't 🤷‍♂️

My age on here is my real age. The only time I’ve ever lied about my age was when I was a kid.
I used to make fake accounts on those virtual world sites 😭 I was a 12 year old boy telling people I was a 16 year old girl LMAOOO.

Offline? Never. Most people were surprised when I told my actual age. The latest one was my student. We played a guessing game. Her eyes widened every time the number was up. l've noticed people's expressions when they learned about my age. Esp. young men. Lol. I wish I would look my age and appear more mature. I prefer respect than "I thought you're younger."

I think a lot of people lie about their age online because they can get away with being someone they're not. But in general women lie about it more, both online and irl, because it's a bigger factor. Men are more likely to lie about their height or income.

I don't. I am PROUD of having lived this long and surviving my multitude of life experiences. There has to be a GOOD reason for me to lie about it. Otherwise, what's the point? 🙂

To avoid confusion, I made my age on GaG as absurd as possible since sharing an age and location are generally not wise on social media. But… there has been confusion. Unbelievable.
