How should I feel about my sister randomly pulling out of our arrangement without any explanation?

Long story short, we had agreed that she'd sign for a loan that we'd use for home renovations. Home that's under my name but I had full intentions of splitting ownership with her (contingent on her signing for the loan). The property was given to me by my parents and put under my name but my parents expect me to share with her. Anyways... we had agreed on the renovations and everything... she had me calling the inspectors office and contractors too. As soon as I dealt with all of that... she started to ignore the topic and yesterday she randomly said she's not doing it. No explanation whatsoever. If she doesn't want to do it... that's fine, can't force her. However, of she didn't plan on going through she should of told me beforehand that way I wouldn't waste my time or my parents time.

Maybe she did plan to go through with it but changed her mind when things got real. And I understand her, I would never take out a loan to renovate a propety that wasn’t in my name. She could get completely screwed over. You could say thanks for the renovation money, now bye. And she’d be left with the debt and you with a newly renovated house for free. Not saying you would do that, and I have a sibling too and we’re extremely close and they wouldn’t do something like that either but I still wouldn’t. You can never know and guarantee with 100% certainty. No matter how well you know someone or close you are to someone. Maybe they fall and hit their head and have a personality change, maybe they end up in a coma and the house is in their name so you can do nothing about it or whatever, maybe thet get married and then divorce and their ex takes half of the house. Just nah. No way I’d take out a loan unless the house was in my name.

Makes perfect sense. Perhaps that was one of her concerns but the crazy thing is... she wasn't going to pay the loan off, my parents and I were. As for the name on the title, I told her I would add her too. Again, I completely understand if that's her logic. O just dislike how she had us drag everything out of her so long without her saying anything. She wasted our time. Yesterday was her opportunity to speak up when I asked her and she didn't give me any sort of explanation.
