Maybe he friendzoned you
He said he’s looking for something serious and doesn’t want to waste time.
He said that after first date. I think he thought that I wasn’t really into him
Yup he wanted something serious but after date he found that your not suitable for him
Suitable in what way?
He may have some preferences and after the date he didn't find them in you
Isn’t though quite harsh to say “ I’m looking for my soulmate, good wife and I don’t want to waste time”
You are not that soulmate and he doesn't want to waste time with you
But it was very mean and harsh thing to say

He said that after I had removed him from my Instagram Instagram ( I stupidly called him after that). One of the first things he said was “ I wanted to call you but when I noticed that you had removed me from Instagram I decided not to. Wasn’t it quite drastic?”
I just advise you to move on. That's really rude of him.
Why do you think he’s rude and why would he care that I removed him from Instagram?
Even if you aren't the girl he looks for, he could say that in more polite way.
Maybe he just wanted to check and when he found you removed him he got annoyed

by the way I was late 40 minutes for our first date. He waited for me. Do you think that really angered him?
