It sounds like that the conversation was socially good... It seems he is implying that the conversation was good, however, it lacked depth. He may be a rusher or "even a woman" seeking an emotional connection too. NOT ME !! The fact that there were no long extended times of silence is more than enough Good. Does that make sense?

I do not know any males that would guide conversation into WomanZone unless Gay. Don't overthink it. He seems like he would be open to the female inquisition phase. Most guys are not this way.
