Girls tend to be more one-on-one in forming impressions. If you're the type to sway crowds and get lots of attention for whatever reason, it's usually guys who notice your sway most and want to initiate the invitations to hang out.

Girls notice too if you have that sway over the audience but they're usually more reluctant until you interact with them one-on-one, or if other girls are vouching for you with them.
