Well, until our site consulting mindreader shows up to answer, I will take a guess at this. Perhaps she wants to know if there is still any interaction between the two of you. Also could be petty jealousy. Maybe she is comparing herself to you.
Who knows but her, right? No one here can jump into her head and tell you what she is thinking or why she is doing that. We can only make assumptions. So, I wouldn't let it get to you too much.
Also, if he is an ex-friend, why even worry about it. I would take ex friend to mean you have no contact with him and don't want any. So, why bother worrying about what some girls is doing?
If it is bothering you that much, can you not block that girl from seeing your social media? That is what I would do if I was getting annoyed by someone stalking my accounts. Why not just get rid of her that way? Problem sorted.
