There is a girl and her friends told me that she likes me. We became friends recently. But if i dont say hi first she won't etc. She doesn't talk much when around me only to her closest friends and when we talk there are sometimes awkward silences? What are signs girl gives when like a guy and what do you think about this?

She probably just shy. That’s how I was back in high school. Just keep talking to her and she’ll open up eventually. But if it’s been 6+ months then I would stop trying.
