Guys, Dealing with being awkward?

Since I was a teenager. I'm 38 now. Whenever I'm around other women they seem to get together to talk about me or pick at me. The men on the other hand include me in activities and talk and try to get to know me. I'm a quiet person and an empath. If I'm around a group of women or even just walking by I am met with stares and rolling eyes and smurks. I don't understand. My boyfriend recently introduced me to his friend and his wife. She looked at me the same way and tries to throw side shade when her friends are around. I dont have female friends they seem to gravitate away from me in groups. It's just the men who seem to be friendly with me. I recently moved into a new apartment and saw my new neighbors. When I leave my house if they are outside I speak to everyone but only her husband responds. One day I came out my house and the neighbor was outside with her sisters. They all started me down and when I spoke they rolled their eyes. The husband I guess felt the tension and said hey neighbor. The wife got mad and yelled at him. These are the encounters I have with women. I don't know if it something wrong with me or something I don't understand. I would appreciate some feedback
