I meet a women at an event who was holding eye contact with me while she walked around and smiling she eventually came over and we talked for about 5 mins before a guy who wanted her attention got her to take photos of him, I went back to my previous conversation.

Later I was waiting for the tube pretty drunk and she came along when the tube arrived she kissed me and got on, we went 1 stop together before I got off the tube, I sent her a text the next day and she replied “thanks for coming last night” very businesslike, a few days later I text her inviting her to an event and didn’t receive a reply so I thought I must have imagined the kiss.

3 weeks later I run into her at another event and she lights up when she sees me and she asks if we can go somewhere quiet where she cuddles and kisses me and tells me things about herself, she tries to pull me onto the tube but I said not tonight. It’s been a month and the 3 responses to me inviting her out are “I’m going to tramp”, “nope I have things to do today sry” and maybe dinner but I’m not sure on the time, but I’ll definitely eat dinner”. People say she is a women of few words and my instincts tell me to trust her actions in person rather than her texts.

She is 23 Chinese and her written English isn’t great but not accepting dates or offering alternatives is a giant indication of disinterest but the way she is in person is the complete opposite I can see the attraction in her eyes and how happy she was to see me even tho her texts after both times have been disinterested.
