I don't think someone with tattoos lacks dignity, nor does it always mean they lack self respect. Some people get tattoos to remember something or someone significant in their lives. I will say that usually tattoos on a woman is a red flag, but there is always an exception, so it's important not to make a blanket statement like that unless you can back it up.
