my reasoning for that is that guys are expected to make the first move, so girls can “filter” through which guys they want to date and which ones not.

so if a girl goes out of her to make the first move, it shows that she already likes him a lot.

The women I actually want, have never been the women that walked up to me, even if they were physically attractive. They always turned out to have an agenda, and be masculine. I find that women worth an investment, are often the ones that are content enough to feel no need to walk up to a man, but will return the energy when a man does walk up to them.

I think it does show a girl is interested or likes the guy a lot. Nothing wrong with a girl making the first move as I honestly would be too afraid to ask a girl out.
