If a man's world is to initiate dates and conversation, what is a woman's role in the whole interaction?

A girl posted a tiktok about how a man should plan dates and escalate touching. If he wants to have sex with a woman and it dawned on me. What are women taught in this whole situation? Are they just there to be acted upon by men. They bare no responsibility for the own sex life it seems. Or I'm I wrong about the whole interaction.

Yeah, I think in the past, women were just supposed to accept or deny the proposal. But we live in the 21st century. She needs to come to the present 😂

Well the exception isn't the rule, you don't really help the conversation if you refer to something that rarely ever happens.

I'll give you an example supposed I wanted to solve world hunger and you came along and said "I never grew up hungry" wouldn't that be pointless to the question of something we know exist. Hopefully I explained why talking about your personal experience doesn't help much when most women don't act like you.
