Some people just feel bad about there life, some people cut themselves some stick there fingers down there throat and vomit. It's call low self-esteem and depression. I don't know how to make it clearer

Either purge (make myself throw up) and binge (eat loads of food). Starve. Fast. Restriction. I have an eating disorder and body dismporah

Probably nothing, if people think your fat beating yourself up isn't going to make them change there mind about you. I'm sure you have friends and family who know your fat and they still love you.
