I don't get angry if I'm tired, but I sometime get angry if I'm fed up. Like if I'm thinking about an excessive pattern of bad behaviour by somebody and then they repeat the bad behaviour, even if it is a minor degree - I get upset and might flake into a raised voice or an aggressive and hostile face and look. I'm a normal person - I don't swear when I'm angry and I don't hit or damage property - I might raise my voice - but I don't yell most of the time - even if the behaviour is very bad.

Yes they do especially if in their PMS and period stages.
