Personally, I am bipolar, ADHD, MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) & I have high anxiety & stress levels. & I'm still not as crazy as some other girls are. As for men, I've dealt with crazies, too. It's not the gender, it's the person. Guys have hormones, too, dear ladies. Let's not blame it on those! Let's put on our big girl panties & act like rational, civil beings. If you're on your period or you have mental problems, then that's obviously an exception. That doesn't mean kill people or abuse them physically & mentally. If you're that outrageous, there's a lot more to your problem.

im sure you are over exaggerating but when girls are on our period we have a lot if chemicals being released in our brains that tells our body okay now start cramping. okay now start bleeding. stuff like that and those chmical makeups are similar to the chemical makeups that change a persons mood. so really we do just start to feel really sad or really mad and we dont actually know why. its just our brain is so flooded it can't read things right. but we still feel the emotions like its real. so dont accuse her of her emotions being fake. because it will likly make her more mad

Ok. Know that women act on emotion. There is logic and order to what they like and don't like and how they feel, but every women is different. and some women don't even understand ther only logical reasoning for ther extremes, these are the dangerous one I try to avoid 😂 We all interact and feed off the energy around us. If you know/love a women you can observe her and understand her. Also paying attention to the moon cycle and correlating the mood swings to the lunar phase might shed insight into her behavior. Best of luck, it will get easier

Ì think it's because women are naturally more emotionally impulsive. The most emotional choice always seems like the best option regardless of if it's short sighted or illogical. It's not a fault that can be helped.

For example i have several friends who have been dumped by their girlfriends over minor arguments rather than finding solutions then the next week the girl is crying and wants them back

Some are easily temperamental, some can have multiple situations happen that cause their mood to fluctuate (which is normal), and some can be on their periods.

We over think, we panic and we have "dangerous" hormones.

Maybe the mood changes every week but not every 5 minutes. Maybe during PMS it changes every 5 minutes xD xD xD

It's mood swing it will happen for 2-3 days every months just a few days before her periods, it totally normal and if you keep track of her period then you will know when her switch will flip and you can be ready beforehand.
