College girl makes fun of me heavily, what does it mean?

A female friend of mine always teases me when I am around, it kinda gets close to nasty but I assume it is never serious, she always plays the part that she doesn't want to sit next to me, she puts into question my my advice saying I can't be trusted, jokes on how the girl I reject are "a case of their own" i think meaning they are really at a low point, she teases me on being too southern, on never understanding anything, she doesn't stick around, it's not like she wants to have a convo, but she doesn't refuse either to teach me stuff if I need, she acts as a friend.
Sometimes very very rarely she touches me, like putting her arm around me, touching me on the nose after I joked she was infected, she sometimes calles me "love", gives me high fives.

She refused to go on a date, the teasing started to be heavier after she found out I was madly in love of her from a friend that knew everything, I never confessed.
She likes many other guys and makes no secret it, but this kind of teasing is something I don't understand.

It is hard to say but sounds like she is just immature. I read through your details and see that she does not want to date, yet seems to get jealous of your romantic interests in other girls. That is why I say immature. Why is she doing it? No clue because I just would not act like that.

It is one thing if she is teasing to flirt. It is a whole other thing if she is doing it with no intention of flirting, which I think is the case here. So, not really much of a friend, is she? This is honestly someone that I would not be friends with.

It would get highly annoying to me. It is also something that I bet she thinks she can get away with because you let her. I think that if you were to either indicate (even through mood) that you disapprove, or if you ignored it that she would get tired of not getting a reaction and stop.

Last possible reason is maybe that is just her personality. Not a particularly good personality trait but could also be a reason. I am just throwing guesses out here because I don't understand that sort of behaviour.
