What does it mean if a girl teases me HEAVILY?

We see each other regularly. We say hello to each other very calmly. Then after a few minutes she will start making fun of me and calling me names and I respond and then we keep going all day. We do have regular conversations but most of the time we are just having fun.

She is a fun and friendly girl (she is friendly, not flirty) and she is usually bubbly and doesn't really call people names or get into these playful arguments with anybody else, just me and a lot of times I'll be minding my own business (waiting for her to say something) and she will start getting my attention. She will tease people here and there but you can tell that our dynamic is way different than anybody else's (because its not as heavy or constant). She is just so tiny and looks so innocent that I have no idea where it all comes from and I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy every minute of it (she obviously knows this). What makes a girl act like this? Not even my male friends give me that much crap ha ha.

Both lol I sometimes look at him like he disgusts me and I just tell him to get out of my face and other times I try to do this but I end up laughing at him or possibly even with him. I love flirting like this!

Well, that's why I'm trying to get opinions first. I'm not afraid to make a move BUT if she doesn't like me "like that" then she'll get weirded out and the dynamic will probably end. Its obvious she only does it with me. WOuld you say I have a chance if I make a move?
