I don't think it's like "boo bad" or inappropriate. It does look like fishing for compliments though and could be sort of embarrassing... especially when the compliments start rolling in. It does feel like attention whoring which is kind of cringy. I have no context though if she's posting this with a phrase like "Just practicing my swing" or if she's showing she has some awesome tits to prove a point about her tits.

This is just how many women are dressed when they play tennis. This is far less revealing than any bikini picture would be. Mom looks hot but not because the picture is inappropriate; she's just a hot mom!

No it's not inappropriate in the current social standards.. maybe if there was social media 80 's.. I mean come one in the 90's I remember seeing magazines at the grocery store with less on.. not to mention the good ol... National Geographic magazines.. hello !!!
