What's the right way to deal with a selfish woman who also exhibits psychopathic traits?

By psychopath i mean she frequently chases my co-workers, friends and acquaintances for dating and romance, after this woman & broke she was married off to someone else and has kids with that guy but she hasn't left me alone, I don't know what's her problem despite being married she chose to date my co-workers and people who were close to me and not only that she drives away if i talk to someone new or when i try to make a new girlfriend, i am seriously confused as in what business does she has about my whereabouts and she went to an extent to hire a detective to spy on me, also she revealed things which were supposed to be private to my co-workers and my boss at work (she sneaked into my workplace, it turned out my employer was a douche and he allowed her to visit whenever she wanted) cause of this she eventually got me fired, now i want to do something and i want to stop this woman from ruining my life, my parents are pressuring me not to approach the cops, but they aren't doing anything in this regard either and husband is a moron who thinks his wife is an benign angel.
