If you (a bartender) text a girl (customer you meet) the day after you get her number, saying nice meeting you last night. And she responds yeah you 2, I'll probably come by later in the week, that is just ending the conversation right?

Depends on what vibe you two had. I'd probably drop a day I'm in at least, that gives her something to work with no matter what.

And then if we assume this is more or a hookup, might suggest she wears that dress again, or play it more safe and just suggest she comes up and asks you for a drink you're good at.
