My girlfriend and I have been together for some years but we keep breaking up after months of being together and then in loneliness coming back to each other. She once dated one other guy in between but they lasted like 2 months.

Now there's a girl that likes me and that I see more future in. She knows I'm with my girlfriend and respects that. I have a bit of feelings for her but I'm afraid if I break up with my girlfriend and come to that other girl it will look wrong. Like there's a famous saying that if I do this to my girlfriend then probably I'll do it to my new girlfriend. Is there a solution? How do I talk to both girls? I know that if my girlfriend had been fine with the guy she dated then she wouldn't have come back to me...
