I'm just wondering.
My boyfriend said a few times earlier in the week that hurt & it all came to a T tonight. And in response he initially tried to turn the situation around on me until, later on, he realized he was in the wrong.
And he didn't apologize anyway once realizing this.
Some part of me really wants to believe him & yet the other part is like he's not being entirely honest. If he cared about me he'd have realized what he said was wrong and not added onto it with little comments.

I never ever go to bed angry at anyone. This doesn't just go for a partner - it applies to friends, parents, etc.
Holding a grudge until the next day and waking up upset will ruin the rest of your night and day and just prolong and increase the anger felt by both of you. The longer the situation continues in silence, the more you will turn inwardly and convince yourself that you are right and the other person is wrong. It is ALWAYS better to share all of your feelings in the moment while you remember how you actually feel instead of just feeling residual resentment.
I did, he blamed me for it hence why I don't really feel like saying good night.
Yes, I have heard that its never a good idea to go to bed angry.
