Help me understand if my friends with benefits girl is playing mind games or she’s really interested in me?

I’m a male in early 20s. I met her (early 20s) at a house party where my mutuals introduced her to me. Our energy was right so we started as friends but I knew I wanted to be more than just friends. So I invited her to hangout and suggested becoming friends with benefits.

We both wanted this. We become friends with benefits. We kept hanging out once per week, 3 weeks in a row. We had seggs on the 4th week. I enjoyed my time with her and she said the same. Right after sex, she suggested having a fuck session once every week. I was like “okay”. Ffs I couldn’t process this right after sex.

The next day she texted saying she liked getting intimate with me. She also texted confirming about having seggs once a week. I mentioned that I’m open for this frequency. The fun starts on the 2nd day after sex.

I felt there was a distance building up because she texted less often, took longer to reply, doesn’t say “yes” or “no” to my plans and leaves me hanging. She hasn’t joined in the 3 plans I invited over a course of 3 weeks and I stopped texting because I do have standards.

Now, she has texted me about one of the plans I invited her long ago saying she’s available. I couldn’t say no because this is quite a big event and gives me the opportunity to meet her and understand what’s going on as well. So we have scheduled to meet in a week.

Girls on here. I really do like her as a person which is why I got physical in the first place. But the way she behaves has left me confused. What should I expect when I meet her in a week? Why is she behaving the way she is? Should I ask why she suggested meeting once per week but never made a plan? Or if she’s playing games (is she?): should I also play games by giving her enough attention when we meet? Kindly share your opinion. Her behaviour has left me with no clarity.
