I was trying to resolve a technology problem today and was getting frustrated and annoyed and then my dad distracted me in the middle of my problem solving to demand I help him with something and I was furious with him for imposing his own interests on my time. I consider myself a reasonable person so I'm surprised I got angry at him for asking for help with stuff when I was busy with other things.
It's normal under heavy stress and high anxiety.
My advice is to ask anyone who lives with you, if they need anything at the moment, then point out that you'll be really bussy.
If they respect your time and space, no one will bother you. If they don't, remind them that you are bussy and that what you are doing needs to be done fast.
It's ok, it's Thanksgiving, let's forget these small things
