For example this past summer she started drama with my one coworker and I.
And then today at the same girl whose home from college on Christmas break stares at me, and I noticed it during our breakfast break when I was sitting with my two work friends. I was wondering why she does this? No rude comments please.

Some women thrive on drama. I would think you know this since you've probably dealt with your own share of women. When a dude thrives on drama, they tend to be easy to avoid unless something forces you to have to put up with their shit day to day. It's hard to explain, but drama loving women tend to be really invasive and will insert themselves in front of you when you just want nothing to do with them.
Another female trait that tends to go hand in hand with that drama stuff... they seem to secretly hate each other on a real subliminal subversive sort of way. I've seen women hate another woman just because the guys at the table like looking at her. It's easy to spot, because the trash talking out of nowhere starts and then she'll put a smile on her face and act coy with that other woman when directly interacting.
I'm going to mention another trait females tend to have a lot more than males... is there really any way to not offend them? Some women OMG, it's like they just look for something to be offended about.
Ignore the other dude who posted on here. It’s one thing to dislike someone, it’s another to go out of your way to make them uncomfortable around you. It sounds like a typical case of jealousy. You may wonder why but there’s so many different reasons. She’s just a jealous, catty woman. Someone who dislikes you tries their best to stay away from you. Someone who is jealous of you tries their best to intimidate you.
I don't mean to come across abrasive or harsh, but in your 30-35 years on this planet, are you really going to tell me that you've never come across someone that you just didn't like?
