What does this mean? my ex has the same profile pic on instagram 1,5 years after of us stopping talking?

He put that profile picture as a result of our inside joke (I was teasing him about his hat and as a result he changed his profile pic to him wearing that hat). He still has that picture as profile pic

Doesn’t mean much. From my own personal experience I’m not as concerned w my social media statuses. It seems to be more so women who are concern about that. I had a “friend” who wasn’t too happy w her man because he didn’t change his dating status on FB. Come to find out that wasn’t even a thought in his head. Not to say that she wasn’t important to him, it was a small issue online that he didn’t see as a priority. I hope that makes sense. Sounds like he didn’t care about her, but that was the case w myself as well. Finally changed it after a year when my girl made a comment about it. It was an indirect comment about why it still said single. To me I had never thought about that, social media wasn’t important to me but to a lot of women it is. Maybe he just likes the pic. I have pics that an ex took of me that I thought came out good, so I kept them. Has nothing to do w me still having feelings for her. Little things like that women tend to turn everything into something. Men don’t. Some women may get mad if you take her to a restaurant that he used to take his ex. Again not because I want to reminisce about her, they just have a good ass food.
