me and this guy recently started dating, he added me on Facebook this morning and I found that hi profile picture is of him and his ex. does this mean he's not over her?

Like the other 2 said, "it could mean that" or "he just doesn't care about Facebook." I'm rarely on Facebook, so I have stuff on there from previous relationships which I should delete. However, I have not had time to and don't care enough to get on to do it. I had guys ask me about it, but once they get to know me, they know I'm never on. You can always ask him about it though, but don't accuse him of anything. And if it really bothers you, just ask him politely to take it down, but don't keep nagging him about it.

OR you can try asking him to take new pictures with you. Once you are through taking the pictures, ask him if it's OK if you could tag him in the pictures on Facebook. You also hint to him to replace his old profile picture by saying, "Ooh, now you have a new profile picture you can put up." Don't get mad or sad if he declines. Just ask him, "why?" Because he might not like taking pictures. Lol, I know I don't.
