Ex's Profile Picture?

My ex broke up with me about 2 months ago , there has been absolutely No Contact.

I removed him from Facebook after we broke up because he made some really nasty comments about me, and I untagged him from all the pictures we had taken together (which was a lot).

I realized while on FB this morning, my ex changed his profile picture to one of him on the night we kissed last year (summer) on FB.

It was a picture that had been in one of my smaller albums that I forgot to untag him from a while ago.

I am friends with his best friend still on FB and know his friend put up a ton of photo's of him recently.

So I guess my question is...Why that photo? and from so long ago?

My question to you would be, who cares? If he's your ex, let him be your ex. He could be clinging to the failed relationship.

Further, you lied. No contact is no contact. Period. You're still looking him up on Facebook otherwise you wouldn't have seen his profile picture. That is not "no contact", that's you stalking his Facebook.

Move on. Let him grieve for the relationship in his own way. Stop trolling his Facebook, stop talking to his best friend (completely off limits, by the way, if you're actually trying to move on, which it doesn't sound like you are).

Could it just be that he thinks he looks good on that photo? Unless he makes repeated attempts to contact you I wouldn't read too much into that.

On the bright side, maybe he looks good on that photo because you made him happy that evening! =)

Your over thinking this. Its not like you guys are kissing in the picture..it was just the night of. Get over it.
