It was late at night & I couldn’t sleep so I went food shopping & I wasn’t really followed however when I passed someone stocking shelves he looked at me funny. After that I went to the next aisle & the guy came walking down towards me with an amazed look on his face & he passed me so I said what’s up dude. He stopped turned around & asked the following. I have to ask you are you So & So? I laughed & said I have no flocking clue who you are talking about. He laughed & we went about our business. A few aisles over him & his coworker pointed at me & just looked & I waved.
I was at a dollar tree with my brother and I will say that we were in the store for about a hour and that specific store was tiny but besides that there was this girl who kept looking at us weirdly since we came in and my brother is oblivious to like everything so he didn't notice but it was bothering me a lot so I mentioned it to him and told him to walk past her and pay attention to how she looks/does and he did and he was also weirded out by it. So while where still there we had split up already so as I was going to find him another worker asked me if I needed help finding anything but like in a wtf are you doing in this store kind of way, anyway I said no and moved on, when I found my brother he immediately told me how the creppy worker before had just asked him if he needed help finding anything and I told him what just happened to me so we both hurried up and got tf out of there. It also seemed that everywhere we went in the store one of them was there mainly the creepy one. Then multiple times after that me and my brother had been back in the store but just with our mom and they did the same things so the dollar tree workers are weird asf and I'm pretty sure have kidnapped at least 2 pepole before.
Hhhhsja stop
Majority of the time and most of the store I enter! I wasn’t for robots taking over all these retail jobs, but now, I am, I don’t give a damn.
Why do they follow you?
Yup, I asked myself the same question. They are petty, prejudice, discriminating! racist probably!
They probably think you should be at the same level as them by just a look.
Not once in my life I ever stole anything. I always have about $500-1000 cash is my wallet. I have multiple cards, I have never get declines. So not sure…
While I can't be 100 percent sure, I'm almost positive I have a few times. I think it's because they thought I was going to steal something (and I'm not a thief).
Every time I entered an aisle, one of the three grocery store managers would walk in that aisle, and asking how I was going", and I would answer "Good".
It's not a good idea for retaining customers, that's for sure. Afterwards, I must have went about six months without going in that place again, and the only reason I still go back there is because it's the main grocery store in the area where I live.

Whenever I am at a pharmacy or a clothing store, it happens all time, but I have never experienced such thing while doing grocery shopping. It is just weird.
*all the time
no, not that I know of. When I was a kid there was a department store that had a store detective that used to follow kids around to try and catch them stealing stuff.
Usually when that happens they suspect theft
Why on earth would they follow me? No.
1st,
Yes 😂
And why?
I don't know 🙃
No, not that I was aware of.
