Changing clothes in front of people. Thinking about it makes it seem hypocritical. Is the following situation hypocritical or weird?

So this is not sexual, it's not specific in unfitting situations. This is about changing clothes in comparable situations as collective changing rooms e. G. Gym, etc.
Four situations each individually makes sense in my mind. Combined thinking about it they dont make sense for me. Is it really just a feeling? Answer yes its just a feeling but even than its weird right? What about you?

1. Changing in front of other women. Feels ok.
2. Changing in front of other men that are not my husband generally doesn't feel ok.
3. Changing in front of a male gay friend seems ok.
4. Changing in front of female lesbian friend seems ok as well.

Important part here. Nothing sexual! This is all about: I need to change do I want you out of my room or do I not care? Or its a semi public ( changing rooms) situation anyway.
What doesn't fit for me is if its about gender why am I ok with a gay friend? If its about someone potentially being interested in my gender why am I ok with lesbian friends?
It could be an individual personal thing but then I wouldn't be ok with random women in the gym, right? Specifically if it's about not knowing their intentions because I know the random women the least.

All in all answers here won't change anything but I am also curious if I am alone with that viewpoint. Just curious in nature what other people think.

PS: If you write anything in the sense of: I would love if you would change in front of me. OR no woman is truly hetero, and I just like girls OR anything concerning fake gay friend: YOUR comment is going to be Deleted and you are going to be BLOCKED! Troll or hate somewhere else! I am sure about these points not up for discussion. Writing this before any answer as I know this site.
