No that is just looking around. We all do it when we are out and about. I don't just look at the ground. Incidental eye contact is unavoidable. Don't read into this at all. I'm sure that you make eye contact with people all the time that you aren't interested in. If she has an interest she will stop and talk to you... maybe. We tend to be cautious with people we don't know. It can possibly be dangerous. So most girls are going to just mind their business when they are in the general public. Doesn't mean we don't look at people.
