Threw my back out after steam cleaning my floors lol and I’m literally stuck downstairs 🥲. I usually only get back pain towards my period but it’s so bad.

No floor needs to be that clean kitty, I'd say lay down straight and then twist towards the areas that hurt and push through the pain a bit and you'll then realize it will hurt less when on your normal stance, maybe it will relieve the pain enough to go upstairs

Debating going to the er but I can’t even get my baby in the car. I don’t want to bother family but I can’t even get up and unlock door lol, I’ve needed to go use the restroom for a couple of hours.

oh girl, you should go to the ER if it has been that long... I understand it may feel like a burden, but it's not at all. Of course it's more than okay to ask for help when you're medically or physically not doing well! You won't really know until you get seen. I hope you gather the courage to call someone to support you whether it's family or a friend.
