Girls, Any women have recovered from pelvic floor dysfunction?

Hi Ladies I’m a 26 year old male with this issue I just want to know have any of you experienced this or recovered from it? I’m currently starting treatment but I’m terrified if it doesn’t heal. I heard it happens a lot to pregnant women.
