Why women's prison is full of lesbians?

Actual yea a lot of women’s prisons are filled w lesbians. Worked at numerous women’s facilities as well as male facilities. Men typically go off race as far as who they associate w. Women tend to concentrate more on families in prison. Meaning one chick is the dad, the other is the wife then you have the kids, other family members. But yes there is a lot of lesbians in prison. They may have not been a lesbian when they went in but went that route because they craved that affection from someone. Especially if they got life. That’s why one of the prisons was known as Rug Muncher Ranch.

That's only in certain prisons I hear, but a lot of women get turned out I suppose.. That's what happens, when you're scared, or bored or just need some affection..

They either become lesbians due to lack of sex and so much time spent only around women, or it could be the case that lesbians are more likely to commit crime

Probably because a lot of women are bisexual or bi-curious and if they are in prison, the bisexual women may become lesbian
