I am hearing about it almost every day and then the prison authorities are transferring them to Women's prisons, like WTF?

And they are not just the one's that have had their penis removed, in fact most haven't made any changes except to say that's what they are.

Have the mental patients taken over the asylums in America?

We live (d) in a carefully crafted society that took thousands of years to prefect and one of the major points was always "gender separation"
There are a billion reasons why prisons are split by gender. Why sports is split by gender, why bathrooms are split by gender.

But waking up one day and deciding that anyone can be anything puts this balance in peril.

We see it now: if a man can be a woman how can we turn away a self identifying woman from a female prison? How can we make sure a self identifying woman doesn't break someone's neck in an MMA fight? How do we make sure a young biological girl doesn't lose her swimming race to a physically and genetically superior self identifying woman?

The answer to all these questions is: we can't.

And so we stand by and watch unfold events we know to be wrong but pretend otherwise because it's the only way to accommodate those who "self identify as anything that isn't dictated by the member between their legs"

There is no solution other than go back to treating gender identity as a false bravado and a mental illness, it may sound harsh but in the long run it will safeguard society

Women's Rights only work, when Strong men Enforce it as a Law. If someone breaks law, only strong men can Enforce punishment..

This scenario just proves that "Women's Right don't exist" but are Generated and Given my Strong men.. In a closed system..

"Rights" are born from Power and when there are no rules males are the powerful gender to physically defend, attack or run.

Easten countries (India, China, Russia) understand this well, so do Middle East ( Dubai, Oman, Turkey)

I clicked e but I mostly with the second one. My theory is mostly concerned with b, they fear being raped or attacked by other male prisoner and maybe assume that they are safer in a female prison. I could imagine that of those guys actually identify as female because they have some mental disorders in the first place. Another point could be that they assume that a female prison gives them more freedom (like a cell of their own) so to say, it´s cleaner and they are left alone. Maybe an attorney convinced them to identify as female or at least told them as an option that in times of gender policies that could improve their situation.

From a standpoint of legal classification:

If those trans were identified as legal "females" at the time of their arrest and later followed by before, during and after their trial, then they will be put in prison among females.

In my state there was a male prisoner that one day just decided he was a woman. They transferred him to a female prison and he raped his cellmate the very first day he was there. Now the state will have to pay out about 2 million for this.

I suspect there are those who are doing it for the reasons so they can assult women, those for their perversions. Some to do it's easier possibly as well. As I guess they would be less likely to be a victim in a woman's prison. But I doubt many if any of them it's a genuine thing that they are identifiying as a woman.
