Am I overthinking this so I noticed this one particular guy whom I work with always greets me in the mornings and often times wishes me a good day?

And sometimes will ask me in the middle of the day if I’m having a good day so far like yesterday I was refilling some water and he happened to walk passed by me and stops and asks are you having a good day so far? I nodded yes it only happens with specifically him

Hmm that is a little strange just how focused he seems to be on your day and making sure you're doing good. A couple possibilities here:

1) He's into you! Guys don't usually pay that much extra attention to how a girl's day is going unless they like her. Always greeting you and checking in - he's definitely interested.

2) Trying to be friendly so you'll like him back. Some guys are really bad at flirting so they overdo the niceness hoping it'll work.

3) Just being nosy/bored at work and you're a fun person to talk to. But the singling you out makes me think there's more to it.

I'd say next time smile really big at him when he asks how your day is and see how he reacts. If he gets shy or smiles back, that's a dead giveaway. Or you could always casually ask if he wants to grab lunch together sometime and see what he says!

Don't think you're overthinking - with how often he checks on you, there's something going on there for sure. Go get your answers, girl!
