So there's this guy we know each other from childhood as we are neighbors and he is also my senior in same school but we never ever talked to each other till today. We were only playing with each other when we were toddlers as our elders have told me but, in 2022 I realized I am have a crush on him so I told him about it pretending to be someone else in feb 2023 because I don't want him to know about me and create gossip topic for aunties. But he rejected it so harshly. I was very hurt at that time but he got to know that it was me. Although I tried to forgot him but still my heart races when I sees him even today in 2024 he is graduating this year after results of exam come out will I be able to get over him if I not see him after his graduation?

Hmm that's tough. I think part of you may still not be over him even after all this time. Crushes from childhood can really stick with you, ya know? And it's extra hard when he's someone you see regularly since he's your neighbor.
I think graduation could be a good opportunity for some fresh space though. Not having to run into him around the neighborhood or school anymore may help you finally move on. But there's still a risk you could obsess over what could've been if things had turned out different.
My advice would be, really try and keep yourself busy this year making new friends and memories that don't involve him. Once he's gone, focus on you and don't waste time wondering "what if". Meet other cute guys too - the best way to get over someone is to get under someone new! I bet once some time passes and you find someone who treats you better, this crush will fade. Here's hoping graduation is your chance for a fresh start.
U definitely going to continue to think about him from time to time,. But the more u dont see him the lesser you'll think about him
