I am a 16 year old girl and i have been 5 foot 1 (154 cm) since 12. What do i have to do to grow taller? It is not fair. My little sister is taller than me. I want to at least grow to the height of my dad. My aunt is tall and beautiful. Because of my moms crappy genetics i look like a little child. Are there any exercises that work? Is 16 where your body completely stops growing? And my mom also has E cups chest and i only have 38b, can they still grow at 16? She said i will probably have same.

Stop eating sugar stop eating any man-made type of food like bitter and boxes. Eat only real fruits and vegetables fruits that have seeds in it otherwise it's not a real fruit. Do not drink bottled water the drink lots of water preferably through a water filter system because water is becoming more and more poison... Do not smoke do not drink. Exercise everyday..

Now all the other just good things to do anyway but one of the most important things is if you are happy each and every single day if you help and you give to others with wanting nothing in return and you're just a good person you have no stress your body will flow breathe in through your nose breathe out through your nose too so you get real oxygen not just air through your mouth..

And then hope that you have tall parents

I think that's basically what it's all about right there is within your jeans. I'm 6'1.

And everything that I didn't do or have growing up I made sure my son did and he's 6'5 .. . And he was just a happy kid growing up I think that had a lot to do with it

Can i grow 8 cm more with doing all that? I am 5,1 and want to be 5,4. My mother is also short but taller than me

I like 5 1'. . To be 100% honest with you I really don't know from what I seen as growing up that people that were happy people who ate healthier foods and people who got lots of exercise they grew the tallest.. . But I think stress and pressure I'm kind of hold you back from growing I think just become really really happy and I think you'll be fine and no matter what you're going to be good anyway I think I think you probably have a very beautiful heart you're a kind person you think of others and you're just caring good person I think so I think you'll be all right no matter what but I also think you'll grow a little bit. Just don't start smoking but get exercise breathe so your blood rushes through your body better and your muscles expand

Okay thank you a lot for the help and yes i do have chronic stress. So running outside and doing yoga will help? My diet is already healthy and i barely eat junk or sugar. Good starting point?

Yes it's very good starting point I'm just remember stress and anxiety happiness and sadness it all comes from within nobody else can give that to you they can try to but you're the only one that allows any of the above to happen because you're the only person on the inside of you so choose your battles choose your strengths and choose your weaknesses because you're the only person that can bring yourself down and bring yourself up so look at everything in a positive light because in the end no matter what you're going through the positive will come out so find it sooner than later and you won't have to go through as much stress you have to remember stress is just a moment in time that moment will pass in another moment will come and always smile

There are hormonal balances (or imbalances) that further influence your growth. People suffering from legitimate dwarfism can get such treatment. I doubt however that you fall medically under that category and most doctors would refuse such treatment (imho).

There’s no way to grow taller, it’s based on genetics and you more than likely already hit your growth spurt. I was 5’8” when I was 14. I have only grown an inch since then and I’m now 26. There’s nothing wrong with being shorter! Being petite is beautiful, too. It’s just one of those things you can’t control so time to embrace it.

Look at some celebrities who are shorter and how they “elongate” their features, like Sabrina Carpenter I believe is 4’11” same with Ariana Grande she is 5’0”

Hate to say it kiddo, but your genetics is the only factor that really affects your height. Even if you eat the best of foods and maintain an active lifestyle (which will make your body look attractive, which matters more for girls), you will still be short if you're meant to be short. The good thing is... most guys prefer shorter women, so you're likely to get attention from more guys.

Just focus on staying healthy and being active.

Well you are only 16 so you are technically still growing and stop about 20. There really no sure way to get taller it just your genes unless you wear really sliming clothes and high heels but don’t feel bad most guys like short girls. How short are you?

For most people yes you might already with through puberty and develop but people bodies and keep growing I height but I think about 20 or 21 you body is done growing.

You don't stop growing until your late teens/early twenties, I don't think there's a way to grow taller other than shdt you genetics dictate andvthrr is nothing wrong with a 48 "B" cup boobs in fact they're quite perfect and will unlikely get all saggy like "E" cup boobs.

Genetics are the really driver in this and a lot is fixed by them, however diet and exercise help with your body and posture etc.
