Should I keep texting my crush first if she rarely initiates contact back but responds very quickly and comprehensively?

When we speak after I texted her first, we have very long conversations and she responds quite quikly and comprehensively. She does sound interested in our conversations, but rarely starts the conversation herself. 90% of the time I'm the one who iniates the conversation, otherwise we don't speak for months. She's the type of person who uses no social media anymore and is only available over text or phone.

So yeah, should i keep texting first or just give it up and let it die out till she iniates one? If that ever will happen tho.

Depends on what you mean with "initiate something different". I once asked her to hang out or meet up when I was nearby her town for a project, but she had no time at that moment due to work.

Asking to hangout when you're close is something I would have asked a friend aswell.

Oh no I haven't shown my intentions more like that. Sometimes I do give a compliment tho. But not liek flirting because, as weird as it sounds, I don't know how to "properly" flirt and also fear to ruin a friendship by doing it.

Well its no longer a friendship anyway if you're romantically interested. It died that day you got feels. To get over it now it would be better to just stop all contact or you could really try just asking her out of the blue
