I’ve always known that my boyfriend had followed a few OF girls on Instagram. But lately, I’m seeing some of them that are following him back. I know I should just ask him straight up, but what does this mean? Do those girls usually follow back random guys, or is this just them trying to solicit content?

I am betting the follow a lot of people to do exactly what you say... solicit their content. I don't know if your boyfriend is actually paying for OF services or not. Just following them alone isn't evidence enough but I bet you anything he is getting bombarded with solicitations. This is after all a stream of revenue for these girls. I personally wouldn't follow or allow to be followed by people that do the only fans stuff. I'm not into those types of people. I don't even follow random people on insta. I keep that to family and friends only simply because I don't care what people I don't know are doing. If he follows a bunch of them then maybe it goes deeper than just insta. I hope he would be honest but doubt most guys would come clean if they were paying for live porn.

There's nothing normal about following OF girls or having them follow him. He has probably paid for "content" from them or talked with them privately.

Don't let him try to call you insecure if you call him out. This behavior isn't okay for guys. I would never in a million years follow girls like that because I only want to look at my girlfriend. I wouldn't disrespect her like that.
