I mean in public. Whether it’s busy or not if a girl is standing close or even accidentally brushed against you. Or is looking at something…. Doing something…. Then sees you and immediately walks by you close

If someone is feeling uncomfortable (or violated), whether it's the guy or girl, that's NOT ok. They need to speak up and say the attention is unwanted and unwelcome.
