Ladies, do you actually depend on men for protection?

I always hear men boast about being protectors and saviours. Did you ever actually need their protection? And from what? Is it from other men💀? I will say i was never in a situation where i needed to be saved if anything i needed safety from men. One thing i am guilty of though, if i saw a large group of men in public and they looked harmless i follow them until i reach my destination (if we are walking the same direction) because i feel safer with other people being around especially if its a group of harmless men🤣. Yet still i never needed protection so i wonder what is being referred to in these situations.

All you women say nope but you forget a majority of who keeps things in order are men. Like cops, firefighters, military, etc. So while you may not have a cop or military person saving you on a daily basis one-to-one, they still maintain the safety in society in general.

I hope you dont need men for protection, we aren't living in the stone age anymore.

Yet when I cuddle with my girlfriend she says she feels safe in my arms so I guess its nice to have this feeling even if its not necessary anymore.

I have stepped in to protect a female friend, my girlfriend, and once a female employee... yes, they needed protection from another man...

"from other men 💀" why do women say this when men dont deny the existence of bad men?

I don't boast about being a protector. The last thing I want is to sacrifice my safety/freedom. This is why we try to give advice such as dont walk alone at night, don't leave your drinks unattended, don't get in a guys face, etc and women usually get mad at us for it.
