I see black women have less hairy legs than any other race why?

Honestly I don't know like my mom and aunts told me not to shave because they stopped growing hair on there legs all together. I started shaving my legs 16, 18... and about 5 to 10 years later my hair on my legs grow in patches... barely any there

Genetic factors. Not every black woman but on average black women do indeed have less body hair. Same with East Asian women.

I believe that the presence of melanin in their skin provides sufficient protection to make the hair follicles largely unnecessary.
