No. Maybe she just knows he’s someone who she can go to who offers good advice. Maybe he’s a no nonsense type of dude that he will tell her the truth. Maybe she’s able to trust him. A lot of women tend to be catty so maybe she feels she can’t be like that w women who would end up telling others what she said. But too it is possible that she likes him if she’s confiding in him. Maybe they think alike. Could be a number of reasons.
